Peace Valley Recovery Treatment Options
There are two program styles available. A Partial Hospitalization Program, and an Intensive Outpatient Program.
The Peace Valley Recovery Partial Hospitalization Program offers a high level of care. This is available while the patient still lives at home. The program meets five days per week. Each day of the program is six hours long.
The program includes individual therapy two times per week. There is daily group therapy. Therapy options include:
- Holistic therapies like yoga, art, and music
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
The Intensive Outpatient Program is one step down from the Partial Hospitalization Program. This program meets three to five days each week, for three hours per day. Group therapy happens daily in the program. Individual therapy is once per week.
These programs are helpful for people who have already finished an inpatient program but find they need more support afterward.
How to Pay for Addiction Treatment Near Me
Many people avoid medical care of any kind because they are afraid of how expensive it might be. Unfortunately, these fears stop people from living their best life. A drug or alcohol addiction needs treatment just like any other medical situation.
Even people with health insurance avoid some situations because it is not covered. In 2014 the Affordable Care Act added coverage for substance use disorders. They are considered one of the ten elements of essential health benefits. This means that insurance companies must include some coverage for rehab treatment services.
We can check your insurance benefits to see what services are covered. You do not have to figure it out alone. You can fill out this confidential form and a staff member will contact you.
The Benefits of Going to Addiction Treatment
Starting an addiction treatment program can change a person’s life drastically. No longer using a drug or drinking alcohol is better for the body, but there is more. Once a person can think clearly, deeper healing can start.
Going to therapy sessions helps someone understand why they started using a substance. Sometimes when a person is grieving a major loss they might turn to drugs or alcohol for relief. Then they might find that they have become addicted. Therapy can teach individuals new ways to cope without substance use.
Other people may be self-medicating an undiagnosed mental health issue. People with mental health issues like anxiety, trauma, and depression might start using a substance to feel better. They could be unaware it is a mental medical problem that needs to be addressed. Addiction therapy can help uncover the root problem so it can also be treated.
We help people with addictions too! Our Facility is located in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. People from all over the place come to us for treatment, including New Rochelle, New York. We have both inpatient and outpatient support.
